A garantee deposit of 50% has to be paid to Maroc Residences in EUR upon reservation.
Outstanding balance has to be paid 6 weeks before day of arrival.
When reservating within 6 weeks the total amount has to be paid at once.

Annulation within more than 21 days before arrival, 0% of the total booking will be charged.
Annulation between 14 days and 21 days, 50% of the total booking has to be paid.
Annulation within14 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking has to be paid.
