How do I make a reservation?
After you’ve found your desired accommodation, fill out the online request form for that accommodation as completely as possible. You can also contact us by phone. We will then check the availability of the accommodation and send you a confirmation by email within 24 hours. In this email, you’ll also receive payment information pertaining to your accommodation. How do I pay for the accommodation? You can pay via our website with a Credit Card, using Ideal or by making a wire transfer to our bank account. In the confirmation email that you receive after submitting your reservation, we’ll send you the link to the site where you can make your payment. 50% of the total rental fee is due immediately; the other 50% can be paid 6 weeks before departure. How will my reservation be confirmed? Your reservation will be confirmed by email after you’ve made your first payment. After the last payment, you will receive a second email with additional information, such as address information and directions to your accommodation. Why is the availability not displayed directly online? In order to guarantee that an accommodation is available, we must verify this when a request is made. Most accommodations that we rent are never fully occupied, so there is usually vacancy. However, should this not be the case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative in the same category and price class. What is a riad? A riad is a traditional Moroccan miniature palace with rooms configured around a centrally located pool. Often, there is also a roof deck and a sauna. Some riads can be rented out completely - for groups, for example. As far as service is concerned, they are quite comparable to bed and breakfasts. Have a look at the pictures to get an impression! What is a kasbah? A kasbah is a building that is characterised by its high towers. Historically, village chiefs used kasbahs as residences and also as defences against attacks. Rich families also commissioned the construction of kasbahs to signify their wealth. Today, many kasbahs are in use as tourist attractions. Can I buy travel insurance? Yes, we offer travel insurance to cover your entire journey. We classify this under the European Insurances. You can select insurances to cover, for example, travel cancellation and baggage theft. How do I cancel my reservation? Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing – either by letter or email. The conditions for cancellation differ depending on your accommodation and are indicated with the accommodation. Can I change my reservation? You can alter your reservation up to 6 weeks before departure. To do so, please contact us by telephone. How do I get to the accommodation? You can elect to use our pick-up service from the airport. Just indicate this on the online reservation form or let us know via email or phone one week before departure. When can I check in and out? Most accommodations will allow you to check in after 12 pm. Checkout is at 12 pm. This is also indicated with the accommodation. How do I reserve a car? You can choose from a variety of cars, which can be reserved online. For each car type, you can click on a reservation form and complete it. Don’t forget to mention your pick-up location. For most customers, this is the airport. We will then send you a confirmation email in response to your request. Payment takes place on site, and is thus not necessary in advance. |
