A garantee deposit of 50% has to be paid to Maroc Residences in EUR upon reservation.
Outstanding balance has to be paid 6 weeks before day of arrival.
When reservating within 6 weeks the total amount has to be paid in once.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation by more than 21 days before the day of arrival: 30 euro will be charged.
Cancellation within 21 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total booking will be charged.
